Synopsis
The difficult task of improving Paradise falls on the shoulders of David and Chenoa Rivera. The couple combine their skills as real estate investors and home renovators to rehab outdated properties in Paradise, Calif. This series follows the Riveras as they purchase rundown bungalows, vacation rentals and cabins near Northern California's idyllic Sierra Nevada Mountains, transform them while incorporating innovative, nature-inspired designs, and sell them to families seeking small-town living.
