Synopsis
Kix Brooks has traveled around America as a musician -- he's the Brooks half of legendary country duo Brooks & Dunn -- and has eaten at some of the country's best steakhouses along the way. On this series, he introduces viewers to some of his favorite places to get a big, juicy steak -- ranging from the traditional to more modern restaurants pushing the boundaries of what people have come to expect from the meal. Brooks visits establishments located in such cities as Omaha, Neb., Dallas and New York. Eateries he showcases include a classic steakhouse that began as a small saloon a century ago and a favorite among Omaha locals that serves the area's quintessential dish: a whiskey steak.Cast
